Freehold commercial building at Katong Point is for sale for $100 million
Katong Point, a four-storey freehold commercial building that has a basement carpark, is scheduled to be offered for sale at $100 million through tender on the 26th of October as per a press statement issued by Cushman and Wakefield. It is walking distance to the new Marine Parade MRT Station (on the Thomson-East Coast Line), set to open in 2024.
